Using False Time Constraints
"I can only stay for a minute because I have to rejoin my friends over there but..."
Because you are a stranger, when you first go up and approach a woman she will have two thoughts instantly cross her mind: "Who is this person?" and "How long are they going to stay?". She is about to find out who you are, and you can use a false time constraint to let her know you aren't going to stay around forever. You now have an opportunity, she will listen to what you have to say. Remember this is a false time constaint, once you are having a meaningful attraction building conversation she will want you to stay around.
When you know she wants you to stay around, and you have been talking for some time, you can use another false time constraint. The idea that you are always about to leave, will encourage her chase of you.

False Time Constaints - Situation #2
The second time a false-time constraint is effective is when you are making plans for her to come over. It is important to remind the woman you want her company but not just for sex. You never want to telegraph to her that you just want to sleep with her.
Ex "You can come over tonight, but don't get any ideas because I have to get up early tomorrow."
