The ability to be selective of women is a very attractive attribute. If you are willing to hook-up with any woman who gives you 5 minutes of her time, then you will convey in your actions that you are needy and therefore not selective of women. This technique is to be completed BEFORE you even approach a single woman. You need to define for yourself exactly what you are looking for in a woman you hope to meet.

Make a list of 5 traits or interests your ideal woman will possess. I am not advocating to ONLY open or talk with people who possess these specific traits. It is very useful to be opening, engaging, and gaining social proof from every woman around. But doing this will allow you to be more selective when deciding if this is the right woman for you to take things further with. You are also much more likely to establish a deep connection with a woman who has similar interests or traits to what you are looking for.

I have friends and she will need to meet and enjoy them.
