Cheers to your thoughts on fear of rejection. Yep, the thought of rejection is often way worse than actually getting rejected, and quite often you either don't get rejected OR you learn an awful lot about yourself if you do.
I talk about fear of rejection on my self-help website not just related to the dating scene, but that is where fear of rejection is most often felt. And I've definitely been rejected AND suffered from fear of rejection. And I know that it's a waste of time, and it holds you back and you get less from life if you don't challenge this fear.
